This 2-bedroom, 3-story house is located in Denver's trendy RiNo Art District, across the street from Denver’s first park, Curtis Park.

The dual-master bedroom suites provide more open space and unique features to each room; one suite has a small office nook and the other has a walk-in closet. The large four-piece ensuite Master Bathroom provides plenty of elbow room when getting ready to go out on the town.

Both Bedroom Suites have walk-in full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a soaking tub/shower combo.

This newly built home is two short blocks away from Larimer Street in the RiNo Art District– where the list of bars, breweries, restaurants, dispensaries and nightlife is endless.

Enjoy ultimate privacy on your 800-square-foot private rooftop deck, which offers unobstructed mountain and city views – something that is rare to come by in this historical part of downtown.

THE HOUSE

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom modern house sleeps 12 guests. The steel staircase leads to the rooftop deck from the second floor, while the main floor is polished concrete floors – and hardwood everywhere else. A private bamboo garden is outside the sliding glass doors of the kitchen equipped with stainless appliances.

Your personal concierge will contact you 48-hours prior to your arrival with access and meet-up instructions. In respect to your privacy, you’ll have access to the full property. Enjoy all 3-stories of the home with breathtaking views of the cityscape from the private rooftop. This property is not wheelchair accessible.

TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

Our guests receive exclusive access to our cannabis-friendly fleet! Choose from our Chrysler 300C (12-passenger) stretch limo, or our New 2020 All-Wheel Drive 15-Passenger Shuttle Van.

Hourly, half-day, or full-day rentals are available, starting at $99/hour. Transportation service includes a professional driver/chauffeur and bottled water.

We are now offering our roundtrip Red Rocks Experience for $675, which includes 8-hours of limousine or shuttle van service. (Lowest rates in town!)

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Check out time is 11:00am. Minimum stay of 3-nights is required on weekends.

When booking your reservation online, please be sure to include the total number of guests in your party so we can guarantee your experience will include sufficient beds, blankets, pillows, amenities, toiletries, towels, etc.

HOUSE RULES

Tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the house, and on the front porch.

Cannabis is OK as long as it's consumed responsibly and does not cause any nuisance to neighbors or damage to the property or furnishings.

Pets are strictly prohibited.

Please remove your shoes before entering the house.

Additional fees will be assessed if any of the house rules are broken.

By renting the house, all guests (particularly the responsible party) accept full responsibility for the property and all furniture/assets throughout your stay.

REQUIREMENTS

Responsible party must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID.

Must have valid credit/debit card which matches the name on the ID.

Additional guests who enter the property but are unaccounted for on the reservation are subject to a fee of up to $250 per person, per occurrence.
