Getting 20 to 30 guys under one roof is the hard part of a Denver bachelor party. Hotels split the crew across rooms and floors. A house keeps everyone together, and that is where the weekend actually happens. Here is how to pick the right one.

Count the guys who are actually coming, not the ones who said "maybe." Then match the house to the number:

RiNo Party Palace is the house most crews ask for first. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private hot tub, a lower-level game room (pool, roulette, poker, ping pong, pop-a-shot) and a 128-inch theater screen. It sleeps up to 30.

Sunnyside Compound is the pick when the crew wants more room to spread out. It has 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, three kitchens (one full, two kitchenettes), two game rooms, a private hot tub, a covered BBQ gazebo and a music room with drums and piano. It sleeps up to 30.

Red Rocks Artist Retreat is the mountain option. It is a 7,000+ square foot estate on 3 private acres with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. It sleeps up to 25.
RiNo Compound is for the monster crew: two neighboring private homes in RiNo, 9 bedrooms, 2 hot tubs, 2 kitchens and game rooms, all under one reservation.

The Epic weekend package covers 4 nights with the 4th night included, 6 hours of chauffeured transportation and the VIP Experience Package. For RiNo Party Palace, Sunnyside Compound and Red Rocks Artist Retreat it is $7,500. For Vibe City RiNo Escape and RiNo Villa it is $6,375. Pay in full and save 10% on lodging for stays of 3 nights or more. RiNo Compound is a custom quote.
