🚫 Tobacco is strictly prohibited inside the house, and on the front porch. Cannabis is OK as long as it’s consumed responsibly and does not cause any nuisance to neighbors or damage to the property or furnishings.

🤷‍♂️ Additional fees will be assessed if any of the house rules are broken.
